After returning from the UK in 2009, where I completed my postgraduate degree in Mechanical Design, I joined one of South India's leading construction companies. Over the next six years, I progressed from Assistant Manager to leading the Mechanical Division, gaining deep, hands-on experience across large-scale infrastructure projects.

During this period, I identified a critical inefficiency in aggregate production projects. Core functions — planning, machinery operations, and logistics — were typically fragmented across multiple stakeholders. This lack of integration consistently resulted in project delays, cost overruns, and limited accountability.

Recognizing this systemic gap, I set out to build a more efficient model.

In 2011, alongside my friend and mentor Jayaram Vasireddy, I founded Anucon Engineering Projects with a clear vision: to deliver end-to-end integration across the entire project lifecycle — from quarry operations to the finished road surface — under a single, accountable command structure.

What began as a single crusher operation and maintenance project has since evolved into a multi-vertical engineering enterprise. Today, Anucon generates over ₹31 crore in annual revenue, has achieved 3.8x growth over the past five years, and continues to scale with a strong foundation of skilled professionals.
